Bare Season VIP Membership Program

Overview

The Bare Season VIP Membership Program (the "VIP Program") is operated by Bare Season ("Bare Season," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone ("you" or "member") who enrolls in the VIP Program at checkout. By joining, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically. Continuing your membership after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the VIP Program. We do not offer memberships to minors.

Enrollment & Billing

By enrolling in the Bare Season VIP Program, you agree to the following:

  • A 14-day free trial period beginning on the date of enrollment;
  • Following the free trial, a recurring charge of $38.95 USD (exclusive of taxes) every 30 days, automatically billed to your payment method on file;
  • All membership terms must be read and accepted prior to completing your purchase. These Terms are clearly displayed at checkout for your review.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at saffrondigitalllc@outlook.com at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

VIP Program Benefits

As an active Bare Season VIP member, you will receive:

  • Exclusive VIP pricing on all products available through the VIP Membership Portal;
  • Priority access to 24/7 customer support;
  • Free shipping on all orders placed through the VIP Membership Portal;
  • Early access to new product releases and exclusive drops;
  • Special discount codes and member-exclusive community rewards.

All benefits remain valid for the duration of your active membership.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Bare Season VIP Membership at any time and for any reason by emailing us at saffrondigitalllc@outlook.com, by submitting a cancellation request through the Cancel Membership form on our website, or by calling our support line. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 3 days before your next billing date.

General Conditions

Bare Season reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate memberships that appear to violate these Terms or our general policies.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of enrollment and to update it as necessary to complete transactions and maintain communication with us. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that otherwise violate our policies.

Privacy

All personal information submitted through the VIP Program is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the VIP Program or any associated services for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or the transmission of malicious content. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Bare Season VIP Program and all associated services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bare Season and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the VIP Program or any products purchased through it.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bare Season regarding the VIP Program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
