Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Bare Season (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Overview

Bare Season sells digital ebooks and offers an optional recurring membership/subscription service ("Subscription") described in Section 3 below. These Terms govern all purchases and use of the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or enroll in a Subscription. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription Plan, Free Trial, and Billing

3.2 Automatic Enrollment and Billing. Your payment method on file will be charged $38.95 every 30 days for our VIP Membership until cancelled.

3.3 Authorization. By enrolling in the Subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to store your payment information and charge it on a recurring basis as described above, without requiring further authorization for each individual charge.

3.4 Price Changes. We may change the Subscription price. If we do, we will notify you in advance via the email address on your account, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle unless you cancel before that date.

3.5 Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, including during the free trial, by:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after a properly submitted cancellation, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of an already-paid period unless required by law or stated otherwise in Section 4.

3.6 Failed Payments. If a recurring charge fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to Subscription benefits until payment is resolved.

4. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Bare Season and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bare Season shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Subscription.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
